One of the core lessons we teach in our academic classes at Victory is the concept of stewardship. We are blessed to have our own forest of maple trees, an apiary, and apple orchard to harvest and process deliciously sweet treats. In our afternoon work classroom, we teach the science behind the store shelf product and how to create them “at home.” In developing these products, our students learn valuable life skills, gain an appreciation of God’s creation, and make great memories at the same time.
