Gospel ministry is not always accomplished at Victory Academy by counseling a young man with a Bible in hand. Often, it is the swinging of a hammer or the painting of a wall that furthers the gospel work. Volunteers provide crucial support. Not only do they create inviting and safe spaces through their work, they also free up our staff to spend more time in relationship building and counseling. Some volunteers are even quite skilled at encouraging and challenging our young men spiritually as they work beside them on a project. We need you.
