Over the last few years, dedicated volunteers have invested countless hours and resources to bring the rec room to its current state. The room has evolved into a completely different space that has become so valuable in our ministry with the guys. Our bouldering wall is a favorite pastime, and the weight equipment is an excellent way to train discipline and provide an outlet for energy. Now that the room is fully insulated and climate-controlled, we are ready for the final touch: installing a much-needed, all-season restroom.

This new restroom will significantly enhance the utility of the space. To ensure this critical project is completed efficiently, we are planning to hire a contractor to handle the entire job from start to finish. Our staff’s limited time is currently focused on our garage build, making a turn-key professional installation the best path forward.

We are seeking to raise $4,200 to cover the estimated cost of this project.

Your gift for our Giving Tuesday Restroom Project will help us finish the plumbing, electric, drywall, and complete this vital addition to the facility. Thank you for your continued support and for helping us create a better environment for our students. Currently, the nearest bathroom is a bit of a hike to the next building, which makes staff coverage of program time in the gym and rec room complicated. This addition allows us to better use this space, and it becomes incredibly valuable during our maple syrup season, with our sugar shack located right outside the rec room.
